One of the suspects in the robbery of four women last Monday morning has been positively identified by Police Station 4 (PS4).
PS4 commander, Police Chief Inspector Ritchie Gohee, identified one of the suspects as Jason Benal, a resident of Purok Cereza in Barangay 27, Bacolod City.
Gohee said Benal was positively identified by three of the four victims, who were identified as Wilma Dal, Marie Cris Casol, Juanita Saul, and Erlinda Paquibot, all residents of Bohol.
He added, they have filed criminal charges against Benal, who is still currently being hunted down by police.
Last Monday, the four visited PS4 after they were victimized by Benal and another still-unidentified suspect outside the National Statistics Office branch in Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City.
The suspects carted away Dal and Casol’s mobile phones and bags, while Saul and Paquibot managed to escape./JJA, WDJ
