With the Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation (NWTF) recently announcing the opening of 20 branches across the region, new job opportunities became available, including 650 loan officer positions.

The organization has also coordinated with BagoSphere Labs to create a “boot camp” for loan officer trainees, which aims to increase productivity with lessons in communications and soft skills.

“BagoSphere Labs has a very dynamic and professional team,” said NWTF Administrative and Strategic Projects Assistant Director Raymond Serios. “Their modern and innovative approach to learning and development provides an engaging, agile, and cost-effective solution for the fast changing world.”

NWTF is a micro-finance institution that seeks to provide access to finance with significant and instrumental development services for clients.

The organization currently has 129 branches across the Visayas and southern Luzon.
