A total ten teams are expected to compete at the Bacolod Open Tchoukball Championships, which is scheduled to open today at the Bacolod Tay Tung High School gym.

Ikthus, MFBC, the Christian Academy of Bacolod, Shiloh, Sum-ag, and the junior and senior teams of the University of St. La Salle (USLS) will participate in the men’s division; while USLS, CAB, and MFBC will compete in the women’s category.

The competition is set to run for one week and will serve as a qualifying tournament for the national competition./JSG, WDJ
