According to Atty. Harrison Paltongan, president of Suntrust Properties, Inc., part of the Megaworld Group of Companies, his company will sell out all of their property in Negros in less than four years.
He believes Bacolod City residents, instead of buying houses in Metro Manila, should re-invest their resources in their own city, noting the company’s Fountain Grove project, located along the Bacolod-Silay Airport Access Road in Talisay City, which recently debuted four model homes.
Paltongan noted, with the Commission on Audit (COA) recognizing Negros Occidental as the third-richest province in the country, he is expecting a number of local buyers able to invest.
He also lauded various infrastructure projects being pushed throughout the province and said Suntrust plans on expanding throughout Negros./DGB, WDJ
