An Indian national was held-up by a notorious robber last Sunday at the Arao relocation site, Barangay Vista Alegre, Bacolod City.
Police identified the victim as 24-year-old Rujeet Singh Khosa, a resident of Barangay Villamonte in the said city.
Investigators from Police Station 7 (PS7) said Khosa was traveling along the location of the incident when he was stopped by the suspect, identified as 27-year-old Daryl Daza, a resident of Abada Escay, Barangay Vista Alegre, and declared a hold-up by pointing a screwdriver at the victim.
The suspect forced Khosa to hand over his mobile phone worth P1,500 and cash amounting to P2,800.
Daza fled after committing the robbery and was later identified by Khosa from the station’s rogue gallery.
PS7 is currently conducting a manhunt operation against Daza./WDJ
