Over 50 sugarcane trucks were recently seized by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) for illegally parking along Circumferential Road.
“We are concerned about the safety of motorists using the highway,” said LTO Provincial Law Enforcement Unit head Renato Novero. “The trucks were also found to have no early warning device to caution fast moving vehicles.”
Novero said his team was dispatched to the area after receiving complaints./WDJ
