Around 200 individuals were inducted into 10 overseas Filipino workers (OFW) organizations under the Bacolod City OFWs Association during a ceremony over the weekend at the Bacolod City Government Center (BCGC).

Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia led the oath-taking.
Also in attendance were Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran, Executive Assistant Ernesto Pineda, Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) National Reintegration Center for OFWs chief Bernard Sibay, Rizza Joy Moldes of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration-Region VI (OWWA-6), and Glenda Aligonza of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA)./WDJ
