Burglars steal P85K worth of phones from dorm

Three cellular phones, worth P85,000, were stolen from a dormitory along B.S. Aquino Drive, Barangay 5, Bacolod City, Tuesday night.
Police identified the victims as Lyndel Mae Ohoylan and Raisa Jean Japitana, both 20 years of age and temporary residents of said boarding house.
Reports released by Police Station 2 (PS2) said the victims discovered their phones, an iPhone 6s valued at P60,000, an Oppo F1S worth P13,000, a Samsung Galaxy Win worth P12,000; and a coin pouch containing P100 were missing.
Upon inspecting the room, they found three glasses of the jalousie windows had been removed.
The report also noted, dormitory security guard Edwin Hobayan advised them not to immediately report the theft.
PS2 is currently conducting an investigation into the identity of the suspects./WDJ
