Following a City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) buy-bust operation, 21 big sachets of suspected shabu were recovered along Mabini Street, Barangay 40, Bacolod City, yesterday afternoon.
Police identified the arrested suspects as 19-year-old Aisa Million, 24-year-old Rashel Tantua, and 24-year-old Nelrose Sulta.
CDEU head, Police Chief Inspector James Albaytar, said the suspects had been under surveillance for a while and had the opportunity to arrest them after an operative purchased one sachet of suspected shabu from the suspects.
CDEU estimated the value of the confiscated substance at P1 million.
The three are facing drug-related charges and they are presently detained at Police Station 6./WDJ
