A still unidentified man was found dead by the roadside yesterday morning along Buri Road, Barangay Mandalagan, Bacolod City.
Police described the individual as at least five feet, four inches tall and wearing a white sando with blue shorts.
Police Station 3 (PS3) commander, Police Senior Inspector Larry Teovisio, said the victim was discovered around 2:45 a.m. when a motorist passed by the area.
Based on their initial investigation in trying to identify the remains, authorities also discovered a tattoo near the victim’s right elbow.
The victim’s remains are scheduled to undergo an autopsy to determine the cause of death./WDJ
