Ceres FC takes JP Voltes today in PFL

Following an epic 1-0 victory over arch-rival Global Cebu FC early this month at Panaad Park and Stadium, Ceres Negros FC is looking to taint undefeated JPV Marikina FC at 4PM today at the Rizal Memorial Stadium in Manila.
Ceres FC, having a win and a draw card, is looking forward to fortify its position in the Philippines Football League.
JPV, which has a 3-0 record, aims to extend its winning streak. In their last outing, JPV blanked Ilocos United FC, 2-nil, behind David Basa and Kouichi Belgira.
Meanwhile, after today’s match, Ceres FC will fly to Singapore for the 2017 RHB Singapore Cup.
Ceres FC, which took 2nd runner-up honors last year in the tournament, will be joined by Singapore-based clubs which include tournament defending champions Japan Albirex Niigata, Balestier Khalsa, Brunei DPMM FC, Geylang International, Home United, Hougang United, Tampines Rovers, Warriors FC, and Singapore Young Lions FC.
Also invited are Filipino side Global Cebu FC, Cambodia’s Boeung Ket Angkor and Nagaworld FC./WDJ
