The Philippine national football team, the Azkals, will meet their Chinese counterparts in the friendly match at the Guangzhou Tianhe Sports Centre Stadium tonight.
The match serves as a warm-up for the Azkals, with their June 13 AFC Asian Cup qualifier match against Tajikistan.
It was previously reported, six Ceres-Negros FC players were called up, including defenders Jeffrey Christiaens and Luke Woodland; alongside midfielders Kevin Ingreso, Junior Muñoz, Manuel Ott, and Iain Ramsay.
The Philippines and Yemen currently sit atop Group F with one win. The Azkals beat Nepal, 4-1, towards the end of March of this year./WDJ
