An alleged gambling den was raided by members of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-18 (CIDG-18) and San Carlos City Police Station in Barangay Buluangan Proper, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, Thursday evening.
Police identified the suspect as Marilyn Aller, a resident of the said barangay.
San Carlos police said Aller has been monitored for several days after they received information that she was allegedly soliciting money for an illegal numbers game.
After getting evidence against the suspect, police moved in and arrested Aller.
Police recovered one bundle of paper with number combinations for ‘Swertres,’ a carbon paper, and P350 worth of suspected gambling money.
Aller is facing illegal gambling charges, and is detained at the San Carlos City Police Station./WDJ
