Construction worker nabbed for selling drugs in Mansilingan

A construction worker was arrested by anti-drug operatives of Police Station 7 (PS7) at Purok Kabugwason, Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City, yesterday afternoon.
Police identified the suspect as 39-year-old Burnie Fuentebella, a resident of the said barangay.
PS7 commander Police Chief Insp. Charles Gever said Fuentebella was arrested after he handed over one small sachet of suspected shabu in exchange for P200.
When they searched the suspect, he yielded three more small sachets of suspected shabu.
In an interview following his arrest, Fuentebella said he was forced to engage in the illicit activity because one of his children is sick with Pneumonia.
He said he was raising his five children alone after his wife died a year ago.
Fuentebella is facing illegal drugs charges, and is detained at PS7./WDJ
