Negros Island Region (NIR) athletes picked up silver medals in both table tennis and lawn tennis at the ongoing 2017 Palarong Pambansa in Antique.
The region took home silver in secondary girls table tennis, runner-up to the National Capital Region (NCR).
Meanwhile, in lawn tennis, NIR took the bronze, behind Zamboanga Peninsula and Northern Mindanao, respectively./WDJ
