Bacolod City and Manapla recently won the Panaad sa Negros Festival rondalla competitions, with the former winning the elementary category and the latter taking the open category. The City of Smiles was also named runner-up in the open category, while Manapla took second in the elementary division.
Manapla won P20,000 with their victory and P15,000 for their runner-up finish, while Bacolod City was awarded P25,000 for their win and P12,000 for their second place title.
