Fish vendor gunned down in Isabela

A fish vendor was killed after being allegedly gunned down by three unidentified assailants at the Isabela Public Market, Isabela, Negros Occidental, Sunday evening.
Police identified the fatality as 42-year-old Raymund Invidiado, a resident of Barangay Poblacion-6 in the said town.
Initial investigations made by Isabela Municipal Police Station said the victim was fixing his fish stand when the suspects appeared. One of them shot Invidiado several times, hitting him in the neck and shoulder.
The victim was rushed to the Ignacio Arroyo Memorial District Hospital, but was pronounced dead by hospital staff.
Police recovered three empty cartridges of .45 caliber ammunition at the crime scene.
Isabela police are still investigating the motive behind the incident./WDJ
