Bacolod City Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran addressed the 7th Mid-Year Convention of the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE), which opened yesterday at the L’Fisher Hotel.
The vice mayor touched upon the role teachers and school administrators play in the community, saying, “You have been dedicated to educate our young citizens.”
Around 550 are said to be participating in the convention aimed at equipping teachers with the necessary skills in educating today’s youth./WDJ
