Sweet Crystals Sugar came from behind to beat Organic Solutions, 62-60, in the Class B division of the ongoing 2017 Fil-Sino All-Asian Countertrade Inter-Color Tournament at the Bacolod Tay Tung High School Po Hang gym.
In Class A, JSY Transport notched a win, defeating AACI Trading, 81-77.
Sweet Crystals went into the final period down 38-46, however, the game was eventually decided by free throws from Roger Montalbo and Noriel Bermudez, breaking the 60-all tie and ushering in the come from behind victory.
Bermudez and Omar Galunan led the win with 13 points each.
Despite the loss, Kendrick Deloria offered 15 points for Organic.
Meanwhile, in the other game, Julius Teruel led JSY with 19 points, followed by Bobil Alagaban and Michael Ang with 13 each, Arvin Gustilo – 11, and Arnol Laureño – 10.
