The City Development Council (CDC), chaired by Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia, released their six-year comprehensive development plan for the city at the Bacolod City Government Center (BCGC), yesterday.
The plan includes a local development investment program, a capacity development agenda, and a monitoring and evaluation strategy.
It is also comprised of an executive and legislative agenda.
CDC Vice Chairman George Zulueta said the budget for the plan is still subject for approval by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP).
The CDC also discussed the 2018 Annual Investment Program (AIP), reprogramming and realignment of prior year’s AIP, the endorsement of tourism road projects of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), and energy-saving street lights./WDJ
