Two men were arrested by members of the Regional Drug Enforcement Unit-18 (RDEU-18) and Police Station 7 (PS7) after they were caught in the act of selling illegal drugs at Purok Kabugwason, Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City, Saturday afternoon.
Police identified the suspects as 36-year-old Warren Gemino and Yves Pelowa, 30, both residents of the said barangay.
According to operatives of RDEU-18, despite Gemino previously surrendering to PS7 through “Oplan: Tokhang,” he allegedly continued his illicit business.
Operatives said they arrested both Gemino and Pelowa after yielding two small and three elongated sachets of shabu, valued at P4,000.
Both suspects are facing drug-related charges and are detained at PS7./WDJ
