Riverside College recently held commencement rites at the SMX Convention Center, with a live-streaming feed broadcast in the main lobby of SM City Bacolod in order for families to witness the ceremony.
Topserve Manpower Solutions, Inc. President and CEO Alex Tanwangco served as commencement speaker.
Meanwhile, the school also held an event introducing the school’s Senior High iPad program, where tablets will be incorporated in the classroom.
“One can find in Riverside College not a typical classroom with books, but instead we use iPads,” said Riverside College Marketing officer Chad Cuico.
Riverside College Admissions and Scholarship officer Helen Joy Azucena said the program gives their students an advantage.
“Riverside College aims to produce 21st century leaders and professionals,” she explained. “The unique training in effective communication by using the imported Dynamic Education Program, found only at Riverside College, trains students with holistic English.”/WDJ
