A woman was injured after her sports utility vehicle (SUV) crashed along the highway in Barangay 2 Poblacion, EB Magalona, last Monday.
Police identified the victim as 49-year-old Rolinda Abalhin, a resident of Barangay 12, Victorias City.
EB Magalona Municipal Police Station traffic investigator, Senior Police Officer 1 (SPO1) Rexel Taganile, said Abalhin was driving her SUV when she lost control of the wheel and swerved to the right.
The vehicle smashed into a road sign before crashing into a drainage canal.
Taganile added the victim sustained only minor injuries./WDJ
