The Department of Public Services (DPS) recently informed the public the implementation of the “No segregation, No collection” policy is being rescheduled to begin on May 1 instead of April 1, as previously reported.
According to Public Service Officer II Ramel Palalon, the change was made due to time constraints.
He noted the information campaign is still ongoing and needs to be expanded.
Palalon said they also need to form an enforcement team, who will be responsible for apprehending violators.
Meanwhile, a “dry run” will be conducted on April 1./WDJ
