Murcia-native and reigning WBO intercontinental flyweight champion Donnie ‘Ahas’ Nietes said he is “100 percent ready” for his upcoming IBF world flyweight title bout against Komgrich Nantapech, the main event for Pinoy Pride 40: Donnie-Nation, set to take place on April 29 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino.
The Filipino champion promised a “good fight” and a “good performance.”
Also taking part in the event are WBO International featherweight champion Mark ‘Magnifico’ Magsayo, who will face Issa Nampepeche of Tanzania; and Jeo ‘Santino’ Santisima, who will meet Master Suro of Indonesia.
Tickets range from P5,000 to P300 and are available at the fight venue, ALA Fitness Boxing Gym outlets, RD Pawnshop outlets, the Ayala Center-Cebu, and the ALA Promotions International office./WDJ
