Teams from the Cebu Football Association (Cebu FA) dominated three categories in the Philippine Football Federation (PFF) Festival of Football, held in San Carlos City over the weekend.
Cebu FA won the U13 girls and boys competitions, along with the U15 girls category.
Meanwhile, the Negros Occidental Football Association (NOFA) won the U15 boys division.
According to PFF Regional Coordinator John Carmona, the festival served as basis for selecting talents for the national team./WDJ
