A sports utility vehicle (SUV) reportedly slammed into a tree, yesterday afternoon, at Purok Eucalyptus, Barangay Calumangan, Bago City.
Police identified the driver of the SUV as 49-year-old John Delfin, a resident of Murcia, Negros Occidental.
Bago police traffic investigator, Police Officer 3 (PO3) Jeffrey Montinola, said the vehicle was heading north and was trying to overtake another vehicle when Delfin lost control of the SUV and drove straight into a tree.
Montinola added no one was injured in the incident./WDJ
