ESJ & Sons defeated Manila Beer Light, 76-62, to capture the Class B championship of the Fil-Sino Athletic Club-Asia Brewery Invitational Cup 2017 at the Bacolod Tay Tung High School gym.
Manila Beer Light opened the game with a lead following the first period, 15-12, however, that score line was reversed at the half, with ESJ & Son taking a slim 32-30 lead.
Heading into the final period, ESJ & Son extended their lead to 50-45.
Giraj Qui led the champions with 14 points./WDJ
