AMAES affirms its commitment to protect the interest of its students and their parents. Accordingly, AMAES has always complied strictly with all the requirements of the regulators.

The case of AMA Bacolod Senior High School (SHS) graduation is an isolated issue. The School Dean Jason V. Castellano and Rhea Dianne Desquitado, SHS Coordinator, in conspiracy collected any and all fees directly from the students and their parents using fake receipts. To justify their collection of funds directly from the students and their parents, they covered up compliance requirements related to submissions on time of the following: Birth Certificate, Form 138, and Immersion Certificate of Completion. All of which are minimum requirements before any student will be qualified to graduate. Our lawyers have now filed cases in Bacolod City for Falsification, Qualified Theft and/or Estafa which were perpetrated by said persons using fake receipts. AMAES, in the interest of the parents and the students has scheduled a special graduation no later than July 22, 2026. Full details of the special graduation will be announced the soonest.

AMAES will not charge any fees which were already illegally collected by the perpetrators.
