Suntrust Properties, Inc., a subsidiary of Megaworld Corporation, has officially launched its newest residential development, La Sonrisa, marking a significant expansion of its footprint in Negros Occidental.

The groundbreaking ceremony in Talisay City gathered Suntrust executives, investors and prospective homeowners, reinforcing confidence in the 15-hectare residential enclave designed to deliver affordable yet stylish living spaces.

The project follows the success of Suntrust communities in Bacolod City and Cadiz City.

 

A modern community for Negrense families

La Sonrisa features four thoughtfully designed house models tailored to different family sizes and lifestyle needs:

  • Enya (Bungalow Duplex): The unit sits on a minimum lot area of 98 square meters (sqm) with a floor area of 39 sqm. It includes two bedrooms, one toilet and bath, and features a living and dining area, kitchen and service area, with optional carport and lanai.

  • Kyra (Two-Storey Duplex): This unit also has a 98 sqm lot area and a larger 60 sqm floor area. It comes with three bedrooms and one toilet and bath, along with a living and dining area, kitchen and service area, plus optional carport.

  • Gaia (Bungalow Single Attached): Gaia offers a 98 sqm lot area and 39 sqm floor area. It includes two bedrooms and one toilet and bath, as well as a living and dining area, kitchen, service area, and optional carport and lanai.

  • Ana (Two-Storey Single Attached): The largest among the options, Ana features a 98 sqm lot area and 68 sqm floor area, with three bedrooms and two toilets and baths. The unit includes a living and dining area, kitchen, service area, and optional carport.
