The Galeries Tower Highrisers unveiled a revamped lineup as they prepare for the 2025-2026 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) All-Filipino Conference, which tips off later this month.

Through a series of social media announcements, the Highrisers confirmed several roster additions as part of their bid to rebound from a challenging previous conference.

Topping the list of new faces is Negrense outside hitter Erika Jin Deloria from the Enderun College Lady Titans.

Deloria previously played for the Chery Tiggo Crossovers, a team that has since ceased operations.

Deloria said she was grateful for the chance to resume her PVL career after an uncertain stretch brought about by Chery Tiggo’s decision to disband its squad.

“Thankful kay Lord at nabigyan pa uli ng chance [na makalaro sa PVL],” Deloria said in an interview with Watchmen Daily Journal.

“Nabigyan pa ng chance ulit na maipakita ang talent ko,” she added.

Also signed by Galeries Tower are seasoned PVL players Camille Victoria, Lycha Ebon, Dolly Versoza, Julia Angeles, Erika Raagas, and Babylove Barbon.

Returning from last conference are Julia Coronel, Jean Asis, Roselle Baliton, and Winnie Bedaña, who will provide continuity to the Highrisers’ lineup.

The team earlier named Clarence Esteban as head coach, with Rommel Abella joining the staff as assistant coach.

Elsewhere in the league, the Akari Power Chargers also strengthened their roster by adding Czarina Carandang, Judith Abil and Baby Jyne Soreño.

Carandang, another former Chery Tiggo standout, is expected to bolster Akari’s frontline with her height and net presence.

Abil comes over from Cignal and brings versatility as an all-around performer, while Soreño was the eighth overall selection in the most recent PVL Draft.

Akari is coming off a bronze medal finish in the Reinforced Conference despite battling injuries throughout the previous season./ASC, WDJ
