Volleyball fans are in for a treat this weekend as the Bago City government, led by Mayor Mayette Javellana, in partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Bago, presents the Spike Up Bago volleyball exhibition games today.

Headlining the event is a showdown between the Bacolod Tay Tung Thunderbolts and the University of St. La Salle Lady Stingers, promising high-level competition from two powerhouse squads.

Adding to the excitement is a match between the Bacolod Tay Tung Thunderbolts Aspirants and the Bago City Volleyball Selection Team, giving local players a chance to showcase their skills on a bigger stage.

The exhibition games will take place at the Manuel Y. Torres Memorial Coliseum and Cultural Center at 2:00 p.m.

Admission is free.
