The Negros Occidental Regional Football Association (NORFA) has officially welcomed Coach Joan Segura Farre, a UEFA-pro license holder accredited by the Royal Spanish Football Federation, as its new technical advisor.
His appointment comes with the backing of the Philippine Football Federation and the National Capital Region Football Association, marking a significant development in the region’s football program.
Coach Farre is currently conducting an in-depth assessment of the football landscape in Negros Occidental, with special attention to NORFA’s Center of Development and Coach Education programs.
He is set to collaborate closely with the association’s coaching committee to help align development strategies, improve organizational structures and build a stronger foundation for long-term growth.
“We are proud to welcome Coach Farre,” NORFA said in a statement.
“He brings a wealth of experience and expertise that will significantly enhance our coaching culture, teaching methodology and overall player development,” it added.
