The Bacolod Tubo Slashers have added depth to their roster by signing three new players, including former Gilas Pilipinas center Tzaddy Rangel.
The Tubo Slashers announced on Wednesday night, June 18, that they have signed Antiqueno Rangel, along with Jerick Villanueva and Kenneth Malazarte.
Rangel and Villanueva, who both stand 6-foot-7, are expected to shore up the Tubo Slashers’ center position, while the 5-foot-10 Villanueva will join their point guard rotation.
The Tubo Slashers of head coach Pao Javelona are struggling in the ongoing 2025 MPBL Season, winning just two of their 14 matches.
