A security guard was found dead inside a bulk terminal’s stockroom at Bredco Port in Bacolod City’s Barangay 2 at 7:40 a.m. yesterday.

The victim was identified as 33-year-old Reshly Ramo, a security guard from the S7S Security Agency, and a resident of Barangay Balabag in Negros Occidental’s La Carlota City.

According to a spot report from Bacolod City Police Station 2, they received a call at around 7:00 a.m. yesterday after Ramo was found unresponsive on his bed inside the stockroom.

A coworker reported that the victim had been experiencing a fever the night before, and believed he might have suffered a stroke.

Ramo’s belongings were found intact in the stockroom, police said.

His body was transported to a local funeral home.

Police have indicated that there is a strong possibility the cause of death was “natural.”/JB, WDJ
