Bacolod City Police Office Station 5 is currently hunting for a 24-year-old man who allegedly sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl in the city’s Barangay Granada.

Station commander, Police Major Joery Puerto, had requested not to identify the victim, who was already five months pregnant.

According to Puerto, the victim and the suspect, whom he had also requested not be named, got to know each other on social media.

They met in person in February.

Puerto said the suspect allegedly sexually assaulted the victim twice in March.

The investigation revealed the suspect threatened the victim to publicly shame her on social media.

Police said she was allegedly raped inside the suspect’s house.

They are already in the process of filing three counts of rape against the suspect./DGB, WDJ
