A man, who allegedly had not eaten for several days and had been drinking alcohol, was found dead inside a nipa hut at Barangay Sta. Cruz in Negros Occidental’s Murcia town on Tuesday morning, August 22.

Police identified the fatality as 47-year-old Reynaldo Hilado, a resident of Bacolod City.

He was rushed to the local health unit after suffering from acute respiratory failure and cardiopulmonary arrest./WDJ
