A man was wounded after he was allegedly stabbed by his nephew at Barangay Zone 12 in Negros Occidental’s Talisay City on Monday morning, June 12.

John Rusty de Aguas, 38 years old, a resident of Purok Mapalaron, was allegedly stabbed by 23-year-old Mark Phillip de Aguas during a drinking session which turned into a heated argument, police said. 

The nephew stabbed his uncle in the back using a bladed weapon.

John Rusty was immediately rushed to a hospital in Bacolod City, while the suspect was arrested in a follow-up operation by the police./DGB, WDJ
