A motorcycle driver died while five others were injured following a road mishap at Barangay Enclaro in Negros Occidental’s Binalbagan town on Sunday night, May 21.

Kent Allen Luhan, 21 years old, died on the spot while 45-year-old tricycle driver Reynato Ganancial, passengers 58-year-old Helen Cabales and three minors were injured, Police Major Randy Babor, Binalbagan Municipal Police chief, said.

The vehicles were traveling in the opposite direction.

They accidentally collided upon reaching a poorly lighted portion of the road, a police investigation said.

No charges were filed against Ganancial, Babor said./WDJ
