An alleged drug suspect tagged as a high-value individual (HVI), was arrested during a buy-bust operation inside a cemetery at Barangay Villamonte in Negros Occidental’s Silay City on Wednesday, May 10.

Operatives of Police Station 4 arrested 47-year-old Chino Siason, a resident of the city’s Barangay 1.

Authorities recovered an estimated seven grams of suspected shabu valued at P47,600.

Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, were filed against the suspect.
