An Indian national was found dead in his house at Barangay 2 in Negros Occidental’s San Carlos City on Monday morning, April 10.

Police have identified the fatality as 45-year-old Sukhwinder Singh, a resident of San Julio Subdivision.

Based on a report released by the San Carlos City Police Station, a certain Mrs. Melona visited the victim’s house at 7:50 a.m.

Police said Mrs. Melona tried to call out Singh, but he did not answer.

The woman went immediately to his room and found him still lying in bed.

Paramedics declared the victim that he had already passed away.

Police said the City Health Office will perform a post-mortem examination of the victim’s remains to find out his cause of death./DGB, WDJ
