A barangay kagawad of Negros Occidental’s Victorias City was shot dead at Barangay San Jose in the province’s E.B. Magalona town on Wednesday night, February 15.

Ian Negrido, 41 years old, was riding on his motorcycle along the national highway when he was shot by still unidentified individuals, police said.

The victim was brought to a provincial hospital in Silay City but he was declared dead on arrival./WDJ
