A man who faces four counts of rape charges was arrested at Barangay Magsaysay in Negros Occidental’s Cadiz City.

Romar Cayetano, 18 years old, a resident of the said place, was arrested on Monday, January 9.

Regional Trial Court Branch 60 Judge Gwendolyn Jimenea signed the warrant dated December 15, 2022.

No bail was recommended for his temporary liberty./MS, WDJ
