Police identified the suspect as Sarian Joy Cagayanan, a resident of Purok Mahiliugyon in the city’s Barangay 35. She was tagged as street level target.
Bacolod City Police Office Station 8 report showed that a certain alyas “Tangkay,” who evaded the arrest, was the subject of the operation. It was Cagayanan who handed in the item to the police poseur-buyer, while the latter received the buy-bust money.
Police confiscated six elongated heat-sealed sachets of suspected shabu weighing 20 grams and valued at around P136,000; P500 in buy-bust money; a violet pouch; and black sling bag.
Cagayanan was detained at the Police Station 8, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
