Buzon made the appeal during the launch of the Gugma Banwa or GUBAN courtesy of the diocese’s Social Action Center in cooperation with several commissions and the Bacolod Youth Coalition for Democracy at the Bishop’s House.

According to Buzon, all candidates in the upcoming polls should be fair, just and honest.

“Gabay pa mag-untat na ni ang baklanay sang mga boto, kay it’s really not doing anything good to the country,” the bishop said.

As for the voters, the bishop made an appeal to choose candidates who are deserving of the particular position they are running.

“Ang ibutang sang mga tawo ang dapat gid, ngaa gakaproblema kita? Kay gapataka lang ta butang tapos and then basulon naton,” Buzon said.

Buzon is hoping that the people will become more responsible in choosing the right candidates./DGB, WDJ
