San Carlos City gov’t gets antigen-rapid tests kits

The San Carlos Solar Energy, Inc. (SaCaSol) donated 11 boxes of antigen kits to the local government unit of San Carlos City yesterday morning.

Mayor Renato Y. Gustilo together with City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Joe Recalex Alingasa Jr. received the donation containing 25 pieces of antigen kits worth P50,000 for the isolation facility where rapid tests are usually conducted.

Engr. Vegie Niala, plant manager of SaCaSol, said the purpose of the donation is to help the city augments its test kits supply especially in contact tracing for the safety of the citizens.

Niala also said that the kits will also come in handy for their contractors who come to the city and need to be tested. /WDJ
