The Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) recently received personal supplies for its personnel.
On October 13, 2021, Negros Grace Pharmacy (NGP) donated 41 pairs of assault boots to the BCPO for use of the personnel of Bacolod City Mobile Force Company (BCMFC).
The assault boots were personally delivered by NGP representative John Arceo and were received by BCPO director Col. Thomas Joseph I. Martir, along with the BCPO staff.
The said combat shoes were then properly turned over to BCMFC Force Commander, Police Lt. Col. Edel Jose F. Manzano for distribution to the personnel manning the checkpoints and other related police operations.
With the continuous pouring of donations to the BCPO, Martir is grateful to the private groups and individuals for their trust and confidence in the local police.
The recipient PNP personnel are motivated to continue to work better knowing that their morale and welfare as operatives are being looked upon, the city police director added.
The BCPO also takes pride in making Bacolod City peaceful and orderly, as well as in doing their share in the fight against COVID-19./WDJ
