Police arrested the sixth most wanted fugitive in Silay City, Negros Occidental.

Silay City police said 31-year-old Elmer Magbanua alias “Elmer,” a resident of Sitio Sibatu in the city’s Barangay Guimbala-on, was accused of murder.

He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 17.

The suspect was detained at the Silay City Police Station.

No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./WDJ
