Four station commanders belonging to the Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) are expected to be promoted to the next higher rank.

The four were identified as Police Majors Jovil Sedel, Charles Gever, Ruel Culanag, and Sherlock Gabana. They are to be promoted to the rank of police lieutenant colonel.

BCPO spokesperson, Police Lt. Colonel Ariel Pico, said the four will be transferred back to the BCPO headquarters and will be given new positions commensurate of their ranks.

Among the positions the four are likely to occupy are heads of the BCPO’s Police Community Relations, Investigation, Operations, and Intelligence section.

Pico said they are also expected to receive new officers coming from Police Regional Office 6 who will take over the vacancies left behind by the four./DGB, WDJ
