Around eight grams of suspected shabu valued at around P54,400 were seized following a buy-bust operation 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 19, in Bacolod City’s Barangay Vista Alegre.

Authorities identified the suspect as 45-year-old Bernel Dewara.

Officers of the Police Station 7 also confiscated P500 in buy-bust money.

The suspect was detained at the Police Station 7 and will be charged in violation of RA 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
